OUR WEDDING VENUE
At Dargle Forest Lodge we believe that a wedding surrounded by loved ones in a place that echoes timeless beauty is what every couple deserves. Our hands-on, dedicated staff and inspired team are available to help you create a day you’ll treasure forever.
Our glass chapel nestled among the pine trees overlooks the rolling valley below and is unlike any other venue in the Midlands. This, together with our modern barn inspired venue, offers you a picture-perfect canvas to create whatever memories you’d like. From the silky golden hues of winter grass to the fresh, luscious shades of summer greens, our venue can be enjoyed the whole year-round. Our venue can be set up for smaller intimate weddings or can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Self-catering wooden cabins and safari tents for up to 28 guests, as well as additional camping options, meaning you can plan a complete destination weekend and enjoy extra time together. Additional accommodation is also available in the area to suit a range of styles of budgets.
OUR CHAPEL
Glass-enclosed and stilted, overlooking the rolling valley, our chapel seats 150 guests. North/East facing means you can capture the golden clouds as the sun sets in the late afternoon.
This unique Chapel with its romantic forest feel is the perfect setting for your I do’s. It has vehicle access to the front boardwalk for convenient drop-offs and is connected to the main venue by a stoned pathway. It can comfortably seat 150 people and hosts a table for the register signing.
VENUE
Perched at the edge of a rise, our modern barn-inspired venue features a 180-degree view of the Midlands valley below. Seating up to 150 guests, with wrap-around front glass paneling, our open planes offer a breath-taking backdrop you’ll always want to remember.

Outdoor ceremony
Get married on our open field with views of forests and mountains as your backdrop to your special I do’s. Seating for up to 150ppl is provided for.
Lapa area
Lapa area for your guests to mingle and relax while you are having your photos. Lapa is set up with a bar, indoor fireplace, comfortable furniture and views of the valley. The lawns outside the Lapa can be set up with games or outdoor furniture.
The Lapa area for pre/post wedding drinks:
A small bar will be available in our Lapa area for welcome drinks. The Lapa boasts an indoor fireplace and comfortable couches. The area is yours to set up as you please for the post-wedding drinks and snacks.
